Our role
Veyscore Ltd. operates Veyscore — Scores & Streams and veyscore.app. Veyscore helps users discover and visit third-party platforms where they can watch sports. We do not own, host, or broadcast the sports streams available on those platforms.
This policy covers copyright concerns about links, listings, or other material appearing on Veyscore. We respect copyright and review reports that identify material within our service. We can remove or disable a Veyscore link or listing; removal of a video from an external platform must be addressed to that platform.
Send a copyright notice
If you own the copyright or are authorized to act for the owner, email contact@veyscore.app with the subject “DMCA copyright notice”. To help us review your notice, include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature, such as your full name at the end of the notice.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If one notice covers multiple works at a single online site, provide a representative list.
- Identification of the link, listing, or material you want removed, with enough information for us to locate it on Veyscore. Include the exact Veyscore URL where available, the destination URL, and, for an app listing, the sport, event title, event date, and a screenshot or screen location.
- Your name and contact information, including your mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
How we handle reports
We review reports and act expeditiously to remove or disable access to identified links, listings, or other material on Veyscore when appropriate. If information needed to identify or assess the claim is missing, we may request clarification.
Where applicable, we notify the person who supplied the affected material and provide information about the claim and the counter-notice process. A report does not give Veyscore control over an external platform or allow us to remove the underlying video from that platform.
Request review of a removal
If material or a link you supplied was removed from Veyscore in error or because it was misidentified, you may send a counter-notice to contact@veyscore.app with the subject “DMCA counter-notice”. Include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material or link removed or disabled, and where it appeared on Veyscore before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the removal or disabling resulted from a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, plus an email address where we can contact you.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Veyscore may be found; and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or that person’s agent.
After a counter-notice
Where the DMCA counter-notification process applies, we promptly forward a compliant counter-notice to the original claimant. We will restore the affected material or link within 10–14 business days after receiving the counter-notice unless we first receive notice that the claimant has filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
This process concerns access within Veyscore. It does not determine ownership of copyright or restore content on an external viewing platform.
Repeat infringement and accurate reports
In appropriate circumstances, we terminate accounts or restrict access for repeat infringers. We may also remove recurring infringing links or listings from our service.
Please consider authorization and applicable copyright exceptions before making a claim. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice can result in liability under applicable law.
